Privacy Notice

What I collect, and what I do with it

This notice explains what information this website collects, how it is used, where it is kept, and how to reach me about it. It is written in plain English on purpose.

What is collected

When you submit the contact form, I receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, how you describe yourself, the topics you want to discuss, your message, how you heard about me, your preferred contact method, and whether you asked that the inquiry be kept discreet.

The form does not ask for policy numbers, account details, or documents. Please hold those until we have spoken.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and to prepare for our conversation. It is not added to a marketing list, and it is not used for any purpose unrelated to what you asked about.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are delivered to a private email inbox and recorded in a private spreadsheet, both controlled by the firm. Records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business purposes, and can be deleted at your request.

Third parties

Scheduling links on this site open Calendly, which operates under its own privacy policy. The website is served by a third-party hosting provider that may log standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, in order to operate the site.

I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email matt@schulsterconsulting.com or call (561) 613-1843 and I will take care of it.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
